For most people, depression can be an incredibly isolating experience. It’s something that I often don’t talk about or share with others because of the stigma attached to it – and yet so many of us suffer in silence. Have you considered songs about depression to cope with it?.

I often listen to different types of songs when feeling down. Most offer hope, validation, a way through your struggles, or solace when everything else feels overwhelming.

In this article, I have put together this list of 46 songs about depression – they represent some fantastic artists who have been brave enough to write honestly and openly about their own experiences with mental health issues like anxiety and sadness.
