Life can be extremely tough when dealing with mental health issues, but music has always been there for me as a source of comfort and hope during those trying times.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to live with mental illness, and it’s something I’m still learning to cope with every day. That’s why I have created a list of songs that have helped me over the years to celebrate my strength, courage, hope, and healing in the face of difficult emotions.
