Nowadays, manifestation is a word that is heard in abundance- just hop on TikTok for 5 minutes and you’ll hear it used in practically every other video. 

And although the heightened exposure of this technique has made it seem less valuable, the fact is, there is real truth behind the word. 

So what is manifestation?

Think of it like this- you have a dream. Maybe it’s to be rich, maybe it’s to find your soulmate. 

These things may seem unrealistic or impossible to some, but with the power of manifestation, the impossible becomes possible. 

To explain it a little better it’s best to turn to the notion known as, “The Law Of Attraction”

The Law of Attraction teaches us that our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, and that we have the power to attract anything we desire into our lives. 

If we repeat something enough times and send that energy into the universe, the universe will align. 

I know, seems too good to be true, right?

I, too, was once a skeptic. That was until I experienced the power of manifestation myself. 

For years I wanted to be a successful writer and spiritual guide but in a global and competitive world, it wasn’t easy. 

I would easily get discouraged and felt like my dreams were never going to come true. 

However, all of this changed when I began manifestation journaling. 

That’s right- simply by writing down “I am abundant and successful at what I do” on a daily basis I quite literally shaped my reality. 

And you can too. 

With a small amount of time, an open mind and a big dream, the world can be at your disposal.

It is a type of journal that is specifically designed to help you focus your thoughts and intentions towards what you want to achieve in life.
